Previously, he contributed to building the Kingdom's entrepreneurship ecosystem through leadership roles at Badir Incubator and Monsha'at.

Bassam holds an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Business School, combining deep financial expertise with strategic vision to support institutional performance and maximize shareholder value.
